Laser Cutting

With our new laser cutter, we are able to supply and cut:

• mild steel plate up to 20mm
• aluminium sheet / plate up to 10mm
• stainless sheet / plate up to 16mm
• zinc / galvabond sheet

Steel can be cut to any shape with accuracy of 0.01mm

Laser Tube and RHS cutting capabilities are available for:

• Miters and Coped cuts
• Hole cutouts
• Locking Tube Connections

Plasma / Oxy Plate Cutting

Tonkin Steel can Plasma / Oxy cut all your steel plate requirements from DXF, PDF or scanned drawings from 3 to 200mm thick.

Saw Cutting

Tonkin Steel is able to cut your RHS, Pipe, Flat Bar, Angle, Universal Beams, Universal Columns and much more.  Sections up to 1000mm and round up to 500mm.

Drill Line

We have the capacity to drill Universal Beams, Universal Columns, Welded beams, Angles, Flats, Channels, RHS and Plate with hold diameters from 8mm up to 40mm.  Sections up to 20 metres in length and a metre in width.
